As a 501(c)(3) organization, we offer these programs free of charge and open to the public. 

There are no prerequisites to any of our course offerings. 

Our courses are offered at various colleges, universities, libraries and community centers throughout the United States and are 90 minutes in length.  The program is taught in a classroom setting utilizing power point slides and easy to follow handouts. 

The goal of courses is to provide our students, mainly those at or nearing retirement, with the information and resources needed to make informed decisions about their financial future. 

The is no financial obligation or requirement for attending our courses.  The program is purely educational in nature.  No products or services will be promoted or sold. 

Absolutely! Attendees are welcome to invite their spouse to join them.

In addition to their collective decades in advisory services, every AAFL instructor has completed rigorous training and possesses particular expertise in the areas in which they lecture.  All are Certfied Social Security Claiming Specialists who have completed their training through FINRA recognized Corporation for Social Security Claiming Strategies, are required to complete annual continuing education requirements and maintain their credentials through annual recertification.
